I’ve been working as a backend developer in Seattle for the past 6 years. Looking to move to Bangalore next year. Do Indian companies match up in terms of work culture and compensation (relatively)? Would love to hear your personal stories.

Hi Mrinmoy,
The truth is that there is a very wide difference in the work cultures of USA and India. India isn't known to be very professional, however, pay scales are also much lower in India. Expect around 1/3rd of what you're getting in the US to be your comparative salary here in India.
